I am a former competitive gymnastic currently focusing on callisthenics and climbing. Whether I am at the callisthenics park, bouldering gym or fitness center I see a ton of people struggling with their handstand practice and making the same mistakes over and over again. I offer practical techniques and tailored guidance to ensure your progress and success in mastering the handstand.
How it works:
I will create a customized training program for you focused on building the necessary technique to reach a stable handstand. We will communicate via Signal, where you can ask questions about your training (and training in general) and send videos of your technique for feedback! I reply to all messages within 48 hours at the latest. Additionally, two video calls are included each month. Just let me know your availability, and we'll schedule our chats! The cost is 85$ for a month of training
